J'aime was made for a school project in French class. The assignment was to create a video represeting what you like. J'aime is "like" in French. The original video had subtitles that showed the sentence. For example, "J'aime l'hockey". The sets for colour, hockey, and karate were made a week before filming, and the rest was done on a weekend.

I find that J'aime is my best animated film to date, but it has quite a few animated and technical flaws. The music was composed by me in early 2008 and has been used in a few projects and videos and school and with brickfilms. The picture quality isn't super high, because when exporting from MonkeyJam, I had the settings on 640x480. I now film at the resolution I want the finished film to be in so that I can simply use the "Image Size" setting when exporting from MonkeyJam.
